PAYNE & BOYLE, LLC is a rapidly growing law firm engaged primarily in the practice of real estate law.  The firm was founded in 2000 by Robert S. Payne and Stephanie Boyle and currently located in Norcross, Georgia, a convenient and easily accessible suburb of Greater Atlanta.  The practice includes real estate closings such as purchases, refinances and equity lines, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate mediation, foreclosures, and related probate issues. 

ROBERT S. PAYNE is a Managing Partner of the firm.  Mr. Payne has a strong background in real estate and landlord/tenant law.  He is also a State of Georgia certified mediator and licensed by the State of Georgia as a title agent.  Mr. Payne has been a member of the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers (GAMB) and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).  In addition, Mr. Payne is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association and the Phi Delta Phi Law Fraternity.  Mr. Payne is a graduate of Emory Law School and admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.

STEPHANIE BOYLE is a Managing Partner of the firm.  Ms. Boyle has extensive experience in real estate as well as experience in foreclosures, contract disputes and landlord/tenant law.  Ms. Boyle has been a member of the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers (GAMB) and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).  In addition, Ms Boyle is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the Sigma Delta Kappa Law Fraternity.  Ms. Boyle is a graduate of John Marshall Law School and admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.

KELLY L. GRADY is an associate of the firm and a Closing Supervisor.  Ms. Grady has experience in real estate, landlord/tenant, family and criminal law.  Ms. Grady received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi.  She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law where she was active in the Women’s Caucus and served on the Honor Counsel.  Ms. Grady is admitted to practice law in Georgia.
